"Do you know Gods Of Death love apples?"

...Weeeell, technically, it's only Ryuk, since not all shinigami have digestive tracks.

But here you go!

Me and sharky156 were discussing ideas for her art project and I came up with this, so I had to draw it. I don't normally do fanart, so this is my very first piece of it!

We know what apples are to Ryuk, but what is Ryuk to apples? Just a god of death, like humans view shinigami? Or is it something much worse than that as they watch him glide closer to wrap his claws around them in a hungry embrace...

As well as my first fanart, this is the first time I have used purely my tablet to draw something! Yay!

Normally, I scan in my drawings, lineart them on Gimp with a paths tool, then get colouring. Not this time. This is electronic pen and pad work only.

And I have to say, I like this style.

I mean, look what an opaque brush and a blur tool can do!
